Event rates vary, depending on the demand. This lot is particularly convenient for guests arriving from U.S. Route 19 or Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard.

As an alternative, you can also use the Municipal Services building garage at 100 S. Myrtle Ave. The walk to The BayCare Sound is around 11 minutes from this lot.

Harborview Center Lot (Quick Access to the Venue)

Located just east of Coachman Park at 300 Cleveland Street, the Harborview Center Lot offers quick access to the waterfront and the venue. It’s one of the preferred spots for evening concerts, thanks to its easy entry and faster exits.
